DemandGen is looking for that unique individual to join our Professional Services Team who has an excellent "bed-side" manner, deep experience with marketing automation, and a rich understanding of demand generation strategy and tactics.

As a Project Manager, you will have a significant impact on the success of our clients and their adoption of marketing automation. Each Project Manager will be responsible for leveraging and expanding DemandGen best practices and implementing these methodologies and systems to benefit our customers. Part project manager, part consultant, part architect, your role is to manage a set of projects across multiple clients.

From small businesses to large enterprises, DemandGen provides award-winning customer service and this is an exciting opportunity for helping our clients with implementing and adopting marketing automation systems such as Eloqua and Marketo. You will be responsible for the overall delivery of projects to clients.

• Coordinating projects that include the deployment of marketing automation systems by our clients and their ongoing adoption and utilization
• Taking a proactive account management approach to maintain outstanding client relationships and ensure projects are delivered on time
• Providing on-going best practices advice for marketing automation
• Coordinate project tasks with DemandGen's team of product specialists
• Using effective project management skills and systems to ensure maximum client success
• Serve as a marketing automation coach and trusted advisor to valued DemandGen clients
• Establish best practices and methodologies that can be delivered as services for DemandGen clients to drive measurable benefits
• Become an expert in Marketing Automation Systems and DemandGen's custom business applications and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to DemandGen Client business needs to design high value services engagements
• Maintain Client Service levels according to DemandGen's high standards
• Provide prompt, courteous service to all Clients via email, phone, and in-person
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to Client problems
• Identify and resolve Client issues, timely and effectively
• Assist with special projects as assigned

• 2+ years with Eloqua or Marketo required
• Experience with SaaS system deployments for small - enterprise customers a plus
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills a must
• Ability to lead and manage multiple resources
• Experience with leading CRM systems including Salesforce.com, Oracle on Demand, or Microsoft CRM a plus
• Proven project and time management skills in an environment where you may be managing dozens of projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Must be a quick learner, self-starter and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment
• Excellent client relations skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Great organizational and follow-up skills
• Strong listening skills
• Ability to take a project from start to finish while meeting deadlines
• Self-starter and able to work at home using effective time management skills
• Able to work in a virtual office environment or remote office (this position is home-based within North America)
• Four year university/college degree required. Emphasis in business, marketing, or computer science is a plus
