History
DemandGen Europe was established in 1996 as present perfect! GmbH, and acquired in May 2003 by Erwin Arnold and Reinhard Janning and became ASERVO Interactive GmbH. Since then, the company has developed a focus on demand generation for hight-tech companies.
ASERVO Interactive merged in January 2010 with DemandGen International to become one of the world's leading experts in Marketing Automation and Lead Management.
